The sun was out.....

We have certainly been lucky with the weather we have had since school has been back. This has helped I think with the wonderful transition back from home learning lockdown to classroom learning.
The well being of the children was certainly a key aspect of coming back to school however the children and staff have all loved being back and the school seems 'right' again.

Teaching teachers to teach children to ride their bikes.

 What a  great staff meeting it was to have all the staff on bikes and having a go. Role modeling to the children is so important and the learning that took place in this staff meeting was excellent. Loads of us just thought we would get children on bikes and away they go, however, we learned it is more than that and the games and fun you can have as a class of children on bikes is so good.  We look forward to getting all the children in every class on a  bike and enjoying our wonderful whole bike track!
